  • We have more than six months of runway
  • We have a view on which markets we will expand to next and why

When thinking about your internal tools & processes:

  • We have a defined and repeatable OKR process (or similar structure) that drives to our long term goals
  • We have (paid) tools to manage our team & align efforts
  • Our employees and teams are happy to use our tools & processes
  • We automate as much of our workflows as possible
  • Our employees would say that we have good cross-departmental and cross-team communication & collaboration
